Laser Product Development has extensive experience in producing laser cutting and welding. Our staff has developed welding, cutting, cladding, and heat-treating processes for major corporate leaders in Automotive, Aerospace, Furniture, Food Preparation, and Consumer Goods industries. We are prepared for prototype, pre-production development, low, and high volume manufacturing runs. LPD has a range of equipment and expertise to meet the diverse needs of the manufacturing community. With several laser systems in house we can be certain that we will have the capacity to meet our customers' demands.

Our facility is spacious with ample room for inventory segregation, inspection, and process development. Our building features four dock areas and sufficient materials handling equipment for large production volumes. We can process 10 pieces up to 10,000+ pieces and give you the same high quality. We also offer "off line" dimpling station and "in house" laser cutting to further save you time and money producing dies.

Our system delivers high quality welded blanks with minimal scrap saving you money and time.
Gap closing system "Souka" system keeps material together while welding creating a more stable and reliable process which minimizes part rejects.

• Edge tracking for blank alignment.
• Weld seam geometry for verifying mismatch, concavity, convexity, and roundness. Also, checks for porosity on top and bottom of weld.
• The in line Quality Control System is to ensure you always have the best weld quality and lowest welding scrap.
